You probably know all about graphics.

Listen to the postitions:

LEADER: Be in-charge of certain graphics(siggies, avatars, banners, skins)

MANAGER: Be in-charge of certain businesses(siggies, avatars, banners, skins)

CO-MANAGER: Be sure that all workers get paid right.

WORKER: Work by making siggies, avatars, banners, skins.
