What is Role-playing?

Role-playing is like you are telling a story. Someone might start a thread saying:

Wildstar walked through the forest. Her pawsteps were unheard, and she crept through the RiverClan territory, looking for prey.

It may go on farther. But do not power-play.

What is Power-playing?

Power-playing is when you are controlling anothers actions. The bolded words below are power-played words.

Wildstar walked through the forest. Her pawsteps were unheard, and she crept through the RiverClan territory, looking for prey. Bluestripe walked up behind her and hissed.

I said anothers actions.

What is auto-hitting?

Auto-hitting is when you are in a battle, and you say another cat's attack on you.

Wildstar lunged at Tigerstar. Tigerstar dodged the attack.

How do I reply to a plot or story?

If someone posted a plot or story (like Dangers of the forest~Current plot) You reply to that thread. You do not create another until the author of the thread has issued that the thread has moved to a different location.

What if I want to say something in a thread that isn't role-playing?

This is called the OOC chat, or Out Of Character chat. Please put brackets {} Around the thing that isn't part of the thread. Please make it size 1.
